Founder of Phat Kat Tats, Walter “Wally” Jones, due to the economy preventing so many artist and sponsors from participating in the 2010 US Tattoo Masters competition scheduled to be held October 22/24, 2010 at George R. Brown Convention Center, Houston, Texas has been CANCELED!  The Competition itself has been postponed until an unknown time in 2011…
